Are you as excited about this news as I am?   Trulia to acquire Market Leader for $355 million!!!  There are some great things ahead for this current real estate market.  With the current trend of new devices and multiple platforms, this merger makes sense.  Realtors will have many new avenues to connect to their consumers.  Consumers will also have lots of market information to make sound decisions.

Who does this acquisition benefit?  Well....I feel everyone!  Sellers get targeted exposure to their perspective buyers.  Buyers get reliable information on the homes they target.  Realtors get to make solid connections to make this whole transaction go smooth.  Today, I feel my life just got a little simpler.

Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act ***Extended*** January 1, 2014

 Great news for homeowners!  The 2013 American Tax Payer Relief Act has passed!  What does that mean to a homeowner you may ask....  It means that there's still time to sell!
